This was the best experience getting my car worked on. Getting into a car accident is a typically stressful experience and I didn’t feel stressed for a second. Shotwells repaired my car three days earlier than expected and had my car detailed and ready to go. The repair is seamless and you can’t even tell the accident happened. The front desk was amazing at communication and the whole experience was seamless.

I’ve now used Shotwell’s Auto Body twice (both times after someone else hit my car 😅), and both experiences were amazing. They’re incredibly professional, make the whole process easy and stress-free, and their work is top-notch. My car looked perfect when I got it back both times. I was referred to Shotwell’s Auto Body and I’m so glad I went with them. Charlene is professional and a very kind person. She got me in and out very quickly and took care of all of my needs. I had some paint transfer on my vehicle and she pulled my car to the back, and within 5 minutes my car came out without any trace of the damage ever being there! The quality of service is amazing. I appreciate Charlene and Shotwell’s for all they’ve done and making a difficult time easier on me.

Thank you so much to the folks @ Shotwell's for helping me out of a really awkward situation! Landlord keeps hitting my car, three other shops gave very costly estimates, and I want to keep my housing, UGH! They were able to make the damage look a lot better in a short amount of time at a great price. The landlord seems thankful instead of angry, so hopefully this doesn't happen again. I owe Charlene & techs my thanks for listening and helping, and will def. use them in the future for any auto body needs!

I had an amazing experience with Shotwell’s Auto Shop. They were extremely professional, punctual, and quick with the repair services. I took my car to the shop after someone rear ended my car. The employees were accommodating with my schedule, drove me to Enterprise AND waited for me to make sure I got my rental, cleaned my car very well, and even adjusted my dash cam as I did not install it correctly. Overall, I’d recommend this shop to anyone who needs a reliable and welcoming business.

Shotwells Auto body and all staff were amazing to work with. We were in an accident and they were helpful and smooth with the whole process from start to finish. The ladies in the front office set up our rental car appointment and dealt with the insurance in sending them any documents to process our claim. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and did a great job on our vehicle. We were very pleased with the service and job they did. I would highly recommend them for any auto body work.

Amazing job! My wife got rear ended and they worked with insurance quickly and painlessly and went above and beyond to return the car polished up, washed and waxed within a couple days while we were out of town ready when we got home! Charlene and her staff are incredible. If I could give them 10 starts, I would!
